The momentum for the Oventus Clearway Device is building! Not only is the Oventus Clearway Device clearly showing it is changing the sleeping habits of snorers and sleep apnoea sufferers, it seems it is also becoming a marriage saver too.
The Oventus Clearway Device was put to the test on Friday 11 September by Channel 9’s A Current Affair – Snore No More. Reporter Leisa Goddard took viewers through the problems that snoring and sleep apnoea causes for millions of Australians.
A Current Affair also talked to Oventus inventor, sleep apnoea sufferer and Oventus clinical director Dr Chris Hart, scientists from the CSIRO and of course some very happy existing Oventus patients.
Thank you to our happy patients Brett Meares and his wife Jenny as well as Jean Marshall for being involved in the story and for your very positive words about your Oventus Clearway Devices. We are so pleased that the device has had such a profound affect on your lives.
Clinical trials are showing that the Oventus Clearway Device is changing the world for millions of sleep apnoea sufferers world-wide.
The device is proving that it can successfully treat not only snorers and mild sleep apnoea sufferers but also patients who have severe sleep apnoea, nasal obstruction or those who are intolerant of CPAP machines.

Hi,
I saw your story on A Current Affair.
My wife complains that my snoring keeps her awake at night.
I am interested in becoming a participant in your free clinical trial of the Oventus Snore No More.
Thanks for your email Rod. The clinical trial is being held in Brisbane. Can I ask if you are Brisbane based? And if so, do you have a sleep diagnostic report from the past year to show if you suffer from obstructive sleep apnoea or severe snoring? If you answer yes to both questions please can we ask you to call us on 1300 533 159 so we can ask some additional questions to check your eligibility for the trial. The trial itself involves approximately 3 visits to our clinic in Taringa and 3 overnight sleep studies at a sleep centre in Auchenflower. Thank you.
I would like to know where in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast I could contact a dentist and what is the cost please
Hi Anne, we have a clinician in our Taringa office (Breathing Assist Solutions) that you can call to arrange a consultation – 1300 416 743. The O2Vent is a custom made medical device, designed specifically to suit each patient by a trained clinician. The treatment program including consultations, the titanium device, fitting of the device, adjustments and a follow up sleep study cost approximately $2,500. Thank you

Hi Gabril, thanks for your comment. Oventus was featured on a Channel 9 News story on 11 September and have been delivering this device to assist sufferers of sleep-disordered breathing for over twelve months. The O2Vent oral device is fitted to patients who have undergone a sleep study by accredited Oventus clinicians. Whilst we do not have a clinician based in Darwin yet, we do have a clinician that visits Darwin if you would be interested in having a consultation (and to have impressions taken to make a device if deemed suitable for you). Please call us on 1300 533 159 to speak to a team member to discuss or email us your contact details – reception@oventus.com.au. Once we have discussed, we can advise when our clinician will next be coming to Darwin. Regards, Oventus.
