Are you having trouble getting in contact with Oventus on the phone?

Thanks to last Friday night’s story on A Current Affair about the Oventus Clearway Device, our phones have been running hot. Unfortunately, however, this means that many people wanting purchase a device or find out if they are suitable are not able to get through.

If you are having trouble getting through to our clinical team, please be patient. To register your details with us, you can:

1) Phone our call centre on 1300 533 159 and leave your contact details. A clinical team member will get back in touch with you as soon as they can.

2) Register your details online via the Patient Registration button on the top right of this page. You will then receive an email with a link to a 15-minute sleep questionnaire to provide the details we need to see if the Oventus Clearway Device is suitable for you. Information you provide through your questionnaire is confidential and will automatically be loaded to My Clearway Community for you and your Clearway Clinician to view. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience!

To service the increasing demand, Oventus is also actively broadening our network of Oventus clinicians to deliver the new device to snorers and sufferers of sleep apnoea around Australia. The Oventus Clearway Device is currently available through our Brisbane clinic with Clearway Clinicians also located in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin the Gold Coast and Cairns.

Oventus Clearway Clinicians are often sleep physicians, dentists or other health clinicians who have undergone the training required to assess whether the device suits you and can take your bite registration and impressions of your top and bottom teeth.

I already have dental advancement splints and have used CPAP machines. I have had two sleep studies done and would like to try this new device. Is it available in Perth?

    Many thanks
    Linda

I have recently done a sleep study and received the results today which show I have moderate sleep apnoea. I am interested in finding out more re clear way device and any clinicians you have in Adelaide SA.
